Russell signs offer sheet
The Browns have signed restricted free agent safety Brian Russell to an offer sheet. The Vikings have until April 8 to match the Browns? offer and keep Russell. The Browns would owe Minnesota no compensation for Russell because he entered the league


any opinions??? Good bad, not really anything to concer ourselves about???
