Yes they did and they deserve all the credit in the world for playing one helluva game.
I'm not going to take pleasure in mocking them or putting them down. Though when all is said and done the Steelers prevailed, the Cards played their hearts out in that 4th quarter and almost pulled the upset. Nothing at all to be ashamed of.
