in honor of presidents day, obama is taking a break from his stimulus bill campaign, returning to washington, and making the first ever declaration by a sitting president that the bengals suck.

the address will be shown live on all channels at 6 pm est.

indeed this is truly a historic day.

the bengals suck will be introduced as a bill to congress tomorrow.
