it has to do with the weather. seattle has a super high suicide rate (not sure if it is still the highest). they also have the highest number of cloudy/rainy days.

they are still american. the seattle area is rich and uber capitalistic so evidence says it has much more to do with enviornment as opposed to taxes paid.

not that id expect YOU to believe that though.
