Default Steelers hold first mini camp practices

The Steelers opened mini-camp on Friday with two practices and it was the perfect chance for head coach Bill Cowher to see how the rookies stack up.

?The one thing I saw with the seven-on-seven just getting lined up, and a little bit of the speed (of the game), there were some of the young offensive linemen getting indoctrinated kind of fast,? said Cowher. ?We don?t waste any time getting blitzes and everything else the very first practice. I think it is a good gauge for them to see what this next level is going to be about. It is probably going to get worse before it gets better.

here's the rest
