...Or better yet....anyone who wants public taxes to pay their insurance should be demanded to quit smoking...quit banned from any high risk activity...and must drop down to a government mandated "healthy" weight.

Hey...If they want the government to be responsible for their insureance...then they should be responsible for their health maintenance!!!

This whole healthcare debate just smells too much like class warfare...the "have-nots" being told that all their problems are the fault of some "elusive" upper class, with no thought of personal responsibility.

Yes...I do think there should be insurance reform (namely getting it away from an employment based program)...but until the government can show me an example of a program, under their control, that isnt SCREWED UP...then they need to keep their hands off and their noses out of my healthcare.
