Gruden is another name that stands out, but I'm a bit fearful that he'll just be Mangini pt. 2 from what I've heard from people from Tampa.

Dungy seems like a guy that would intrigue me. But, I think he may be in the same boat as Cowher. Would be ironic though, a former Steelers ST player, coaching/managing the Browns, the reverse of Cowher's situation with the Steelers.

Schottenheimer I keeping say is a top pick of mine. I would like anyone off of his tree quite frankly (other than Herm Edwards )
