For others who may be interested.
Boise ran 32 times and passed 40. They averaged 2.4 a rush, and 6.0 a pass. TCU rushed 20 times and threw 44. They averaged 1.8 a rush, and 6.2 a pass. Those numbers are very close. Boise was more balanced, and didn't abandon the run (even though 2.4 is no great shakes). The TOP was greatly in favor of Boise. That single stat right there is pretty much what did the Frogs in.
TCU was knocked out of their game, and Boise stayed on their gameplan. Other than turnovers and TOP, the stats were almost identical.
