It was over when...
With the AFC Championship game on the line facing 4th and 18 with just 57 seconds left in the game trailing 17-13 Vince Young threw a incomplete pass to give the Steelers their eighth Super Bowl Birth.

Game Ball
Steelers Linebacker Lawrence Timmons helped the Defense up front to hold Chris Johnson to only 53 yards and a touchdown but also helped on the blitzing game as he sacked Vince Young twice, one including a safety.

Key Stat
The Titans struggled all day on offense gaining only 138 total yards, 53 by rushing and 86 through the air, they converted only 1 of 10 third downs conversions and Pittsburgh had nearly twice as much time on posession.

LaMarr Woodley was uncontrollable at times recording six tackles and 2 sacks.

PITTSBURGH -- Pittsburgh Steelers Head Coach Mike Tomlin waded through the fireworks, confetti and the mob in the middle of the field to congratulate his Quarterback.

The Steelers are going back to the Super Bowl for the Third time in six years.

The Titans known for having a high powered offense averaging 28.4 points per game during the season were held to just 13 points in the AFC Championship game.

"This was a hard fought defensive game" said Mike Tomlin the 4th year Coach headed two his second Super Bowl in just three years.

"I'm a little dissapointed" said the Titans Coach Jeff Fisher as he watched his players trudge off the field with black and gold confetti all over them.

Believe it or not but the Titans came into this game as one point favourites -- They didn't act if they were favourites.

They struggled immensely and could not contain Blitzburgh as they got to Vince Young five times, without James Harrison.

"Man today we not play our best we a little mad especially Coach Fisher" winced Chris Johnson as he limped back to the Lockeroom after being hit hard all day.

The Titans made the playoffs with winning out their last four games with beating opponents 151 points to 73 points a game (37.0-18).

"We just believed in ourselves" said Ben Roethlisberger at the podium.

"We never thought one second we could not win another Super Berth with the performence of last year" said Santonio Holmes

"We knew we could do this, we just had to put our mind to it" said Ike Taylor with the help of Troy Polamalu, Ryan Clark and Earl Thomas shut down the passing game of the Titans.

The celebrations did not end there. A record setting attendence of 66,150 cramped into the Stadium of Heinz Field to watch their team book their place in it's eighth Super Bowl performence.

"It's fantastic" one Fan said as he kept yelling "Sevenburgh baby, let's go Steelers" throughout the entire game. The whole City was behind them and maybe the whole state.

"This Super Bowl will be special for Coach" said Defensive Captain James Farrior indicating that Legendary Hall of Fame Coach Dick Lebeau will retire after the Super Bowl .

"We want to send him out as a winner" said All Pro Safety Troy Polamalu.

After facing two AFC South Opponents in consecutive Weeks the Steelers will wait to see who is their final hurdle in the 2010 season as the Minnesota Vikings host the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship game.

Notes:The Pittsburgh Steelers are now 6-5 at home during the AFC Championship game. ... The Tennessee Titans have never hosted the AFC Championship game and are now 1-4 all time in the AFC Championship as the Houston Oilers/Tennessee Titans
