Of course, you're both right. To threepeat is an all but impossible task. As you say, the league is stronger. Another thing, the Patriots haven't been able to reload like they have in the past few years. We aren't bringing in a new guy like Dillon, or Harrison, who can have a major impact right away. To, we lost the heart of our defense, and the heart of our offense line, plus two coordinators. And more, we open up playing the iron of the league one game right after another. I don't think I've ever seen a more difficult first half of a season before in that regard. Certainly the Patriots have never faced anything like it. So, can it be done? Sure. Will it be done? Not very likely. But, right now, I wouldn't tell the players that. They aren't listening, they're working just like they did last year, 2 years ago, and two years before that.
