Default Re: Five Lessons Learned from the Opening Weekend of the NBA Playoffs

totally agree. i watched miller, nash, and kidd play this weekend and all 3 are still amazing (im a bit biassed having followed kidd at cal and miller in utah).

labron looked like a tiger, and fisher and kobe looked deadly w/ their outside shots. i think the lakers "flip the switch" mentality bites them this year.

since there is no playoff thread i'll put my predictions here-

its a 2 horse race in the east. the cavs skate through the playoffs losing only 3 games to make it to the finals. 1 game in the 2nd round and 2 games vs the magic in the conference finals.

the lakers wont have it so easy, losing to the mavericks in 7. (suns and denver are darkhorses to knock off either 2 and make it, but i doubt it).

cavs beat dallas in a tough fought, 6 game series. i wanna say 7 but i think all west teams will be beat up with long series, all the way to the finals.

GO SONICS!!!! (i mean OKC).
