Not really.
I don't think Young's quite ready to be a starting QB in the NFL. The Texans could draft him and give him a year or two behind Carr to develop. If he does well, bench Carr for a season then ask him to restructure for the last year of his contract. Like most everyone else, I think he's a heck of an athlete, but I don't see him having a big impact in the NFL. He'll make the highlight film about every other week with an amazing play or two, but I don't think he'll develop into a consistent passer. And we all know how nervous coaches and owners get when their QB runs the ball. Great athlete...won't live up to the hype though.
