Default Re: Cowher Not Ready for Retirement

i think he will be there until is time for Ben to go ... Because we are so good at replacing players consistantly one of the NFL's best in doing so, i dont think we will be in a rebuilding mode. We have our QB for the next 10 - 15 years. We already have a good solid core of young guys right now who should be in place for immediate future. Plus, he has owners who belive in him and there is no pressure there. I think that if anything is most important. The Roony's will stick with Cowher as long as he wants to coach, he will be making tons of Jack ( at least 5 million per year) plus endorsments ect .... I think Cowher will at least stay till he is 60 which gives him 12 more years.
