According to an NFL spokesman, Ravens defensive tackle Haloti Ngata was fined $10,000 by the league for a roughing the passer penalty against the Miami Dolphins.....
After the Dolphins game, Ngata said he hoped he could avoid a fine after crashing into Henne with the crown of his helmet in the fourth quarter.
