I was going with because its their official site. The Tribune Review had this in an article on it's website "Note: The Steelers signed defensive tackle Chris Hoke to a three-year, $2.7 million contract extension, which included a $500,000 signing bonus. Hoke, 29, stepped in for the injured Casey Hampton last season after the latter suffered a season-ending knee injury in Week 6. Hoke started 10 games, contributing 27 tackles and two sacks for the NFL's top-ranked defense."
