collins has the arm, but he doesnt have the accuracy. he threw 21 Td's and had 20 INt's.hes the kinda QB thats flares one game, then doesnt show up to others. iam guessing to many shots of JD the night before hehe.even with randy moss , collins will still be himself and throw a bunch of INT's. theres just so much hype around the raiders that its blinding ppl.
