Magnitude-5.0 Earthquake Felt In Pittsburgh Area

Posted: 2:01 pm EDT June 23, 2010Updated: 1:57 pm EDT August 23, 2011

PITTSBURGH -- A magnitude-5.0 earthquake struck at the Ontario-Quebec border region of Canada on Wednesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said, shaking homes and businesses from Canada's capital in Ottawa on south to West Virginia. There were no immediate reports of injuries or damage. The midday quake was felt in Canada and in a number of U.S. states, including Michigan, Ohio, West Virginia, Vermont, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania.

This was so weird to feel. Was laying on the couch watching a movie, and felt slight shaking, and thought it was just my heart fluttering at first (and a slight nauseous feeling).

Anybody else feel this?

*Edit* Some of this info is incorrect...more updates below.
People assume that time is a strict progression of cause and effect, but actually from a non-linear non-subjective viewpoint it's more like a big ball of wibbly wobbly timey wimey...stuff. 3365
