Part lab, part german shepherd, all hungry, all the time. And all the way Steelers. I live in Washington, DC, but got Tico from a shelter here that picked him up as a stray in Pennsylvania. He told me that he used to hang with Hines Ward, but I'm not sure whether or not to believe him...
