Mendenhall done?
Hearing reports we may get rid of Mendenhall. He's on slow recovery and won't be ready to atleast after this entire season and into the 2013 season.

if this is true, then this draft pick was a miss when we could have drafted Chris Johnson or Ray Rice.
also taking sweed in round 2 makes it a particularly bad draft

...also we passed on marino in '83.
teh good news is we didnt spend a single pick on willie parker. i dont think we save anything by cutting mendenhall, and if he spends the season on IR he doesnt cost a roster spot.
