i say were taking either Upshaw or Nick Perry, whichever drops to us. Hightower will be gone plus i dont see us having another 1st round ILB on the team.

My question for you Hawaii is whether you would choose Silatolu or Zeitler given both are available with our second pick? I would take Zeitler personally and try for Washington in the 3rd giving us a great guard combo and great versatility because both can play multiple positions on the line.

I think we will be taking either Hightower, Glenn, Poe, Martin, Perry, or Zeitler, in that order depending on who's left. I also wouldn't rule out a trade up for Mark Barron, but he is the ONLY prospect I could see us making a trade for in this draft. |

I have been hot and cold on the Hightower pick, but the more I read about him, the more I think he is a Pittsburgh guy. Not our biggest need, but I think we can get quality OL and NT in the 2nd and 3rd round. I have also read that their is a big drop off after the top 2 ILB.

I quite like the non-trade mock draft that Steelers Lounge has set up. Whether or not it's possible is a different beast...
1 (24): ILB Dont’a Hightower, 6-2, 265, Alabama 2. OG/RT Kelechi Osemele, 6-6, 335, Iowa State 3. NT Josh Chapman, 6-1, 315, Alabama 4. WR Marvin McNutt, 6-3, 215, Iowa 5. CB/FS Keith Tandy, 5-10, 200, West Virginia 6. OLB Darius Fleming, 6-2, 245, Notre Dame 7a. H-B/TE David Paulson, 6-3, 245, Oregon 7b. RT/OG Levy Adcock, 6-6, 320, Oklahoma State 7c. RB Bobby Rainey, 5-7, 210, Western Kentucky 7d. OLB Jerrell Harris, 6-2, 240, Alabama |
