Too bad. So who is next? Will Johnson or David Paulsen now look to have better shots at making the 53.

This isn't going to help Mike getting into camp any sooner

Wallace will be in camp before the last preseason game. He knows he doesnt have any options and can use the $2.7 million.

Ken Torgent ‏@ktorgent
Not really worried about the David Johnson injury. Might force the team to use Will Johnson, who looks good and is more a natural FB

this seems to be a very popular thought amongst insiders. will johnson gave a good interview just last week. sounds natural, capable and hungry as a true h-back. used to play LB, RB and went to WVU as a WR.

Have never been a big Johnson fan. But I hate to see someone go down that way. I honestly think he is very average to bad at FB and terrible at TE. So he has no business making the Steeler squad. The coaching staff seems to like him but I think it is more that he is familiar with the offense and not because he is any good. But I hope he heals up well because I hate to see anyone get injured. I hope the injury bug stays away this year. We have had way too many the past few years.

Watch the Packers closely. Maybe they will cut Kuhn.

I dont think any Steeler fans wants to see a Steeler player go down. It to bad, from the sidelines yesterday he look like it got twisted up pretty bad. Hopefully he gets back next year.

Of course the tone of the opening thread was that of tempting people to say something negative, when in fact there really wasn't a reason to even go in that direction.
We aren't talking that POS Flacco here, its our own player. Even the ones soon to be cut, I would prefer them to be able to walk out the door, as opposed to carried out.
