Officials say the man runs between the drive-through window and the waiting driver of a car and grabs the bag of food. The last instance happened on May 17 at 11 p.m. Officials said he then runs across Columbia Road into the Victoria Estates subdivision. You have to be one sad case in order to steal Taco Bell food. No doubt it's one of the greatest 3 am after drinking foods, but to steal it? Dude must be hurting. No surprise he's from Ohio.

The funny part of this story is that most of clevelands pro athletes live in Westlake, there was just a newspaper article showing that out of the two major teams, Cavs and Indians, and the one minor league team browns, there are like 53 living in Westlake, maybe it was couch
