Looking backward at the past several road games, it's been quite a while since the Steelers have looked good away from Heinz Field.
Oakland 34 Steelers 31 Denver 31 Steelers 19 Denver 29 Steelers 23 Steelers 13 Browns 9 Niners 20 Steelers 3 Steelers 13 Chiefs 9 November 13th of last year, the Steelers beat the Bengals 24-17 in Cincinnati, their last road win over a quality opponent. The only road game in which the won by more than a TD was a 32-20 win over Arizona, who was 1-4 at the time. Anyone expecting a cake walk tomorrow night may want to rethink that position. |

and with Locker out, some of those dudes might be looking to play with some pride perhaps?
Like I've said before, I won't start feeling better until I see a CONVINCING road win. I expect them to beat the Titans, on the road, if they are going to be a contender. A loss will drudge up the same type of feeling Steeler Nation had post-Raiders game.

Not saying those teams are immune to laying an egg now and then, but between the three I just mentioned, I count impressive road wins vs. Jax, Denver, KC, SD, GB, and NYJ. |

More numbers. The Titans' four losses are by an average of 24 points. They have surrendered 30+ in every single game.
This *should* be an easy win. Hope it is. |

1. It's PRIME TIME football. The Steelers usually always some how make a game of it even against the shitiest of teams. 2. We always play down to other teams levels. Its been a consistent pattern for years now. 3. Its a road game and this team has been seriously weak on the road.
