Default Penalties

Anyone else sick and tired of Pittsburgh penalties?

If I were Tomlin I would beat it into them because it cost us ANOTHER touchdown!

I don't know but I would love to know that specific stat.

Obviously I'm not the only one seeing the Steelers being their own worst enemy. The only teams really beating the Steelers are themselves. If they quick playing stick rookie ball we would be much stronger.

1.) Teach Wallace to catch the ball
2.) Give Dwyer a trophy because he is definitely earning his pay this year
3.) Kick the morons on Special Teams for costing us so many touchdowns because of stupid penalties that could have been avoided
4.) PASSION PEOPLE....PASSION!
5.) Give Ike Taylor more support
6.) I don't know, say ..... "catch the ball"!! No names mentioned (cough, cough Wallace)
7.) Did I mention catch the ball...WALLACE!
8.) And lastly.....

TROY AND CLARK...WE MISS YOU!

Outside of Special Teams, penalties were much improved. I think we only had one offsides call on Hampton, I don't remember any others. But On ST they are getting ludicrous. There's at least a block in the back on literally every return now.

Antonio Brown didn't know the rule ...

by Joe Starkey

Asked if he knows it's an automatic foul if you run backwards into the end zone, Brown said, "No, I had no clue. I did the same thing when I took one back on Oakland, and I didn't see a flag. I gotta get better on that."

Indeed.

Of course, it won't matter if his teammates keep holding on his big returns.

Did they even have any other penalties outside of that one special teams play? I think this was their cleanest game all season.

well, there was the penalty on Curtis Brown for blocking in the back that negated AB's TD return so there were actally two penalties on the same play.

the box score reads 3 penalties for 20 yards, so that probably is our cleanest game so far.

those are the extra points or field position we're going to need against the Giants and Ravens - this offense is heading in the right direction, but needs to break into the 30s to win these next two IMO
