if you are looking for Steelers fans to legitimize the Ravens in general or maximize what an AFC championship appearance means, you just won't find it here for the most part. We have had our almost but no cigar years plenty of times, and at the hands of the Patriots and the Broncos. Until you guys get a ring - you just won't find admiration from Steeler Nation. Sorry. I'll go as far to admit that with Joe Flacco, your team is better than it ever has been - but I will say - last year's Ravens looked a helluva a lot deadlier than this year's.

If we see you in the playoffs with a healthy team, you better believe our black and gold are well past "sick of losing to you" and I think you'll find the outcome quite different. The roster assembled for the Giants game is what you might get and even more come that time. Congratulations - but as you said, you have to win it all - anything less is a failure as far as being a part of the big boys group.

The reality is, if we have Ben last nioght we win by a large margin. Really - not much of a game with BB in there. We had opportunities with a HURT Byron Leftwich. Our D was amazing and our CB's couldn't have played better (other thna not 1 damned turnover!). Here's to BB coming back in 2 weeks. We damn sure need him.

Flacco toughest in the league? You would have him over ANY qb in the league? Hmmm, way to be a homer!

A Ravens homer comes onto a Steeler forum to gloat and ask for respect the day after their win over Pittsburgh.

Are you FUCKING kidding me????

I understand, but hate, this argument. If we had Ray Lewis, Lardarius Webb, healthy Ngata/Suggs, Jerry Rice, Johnny Unitas, Babe Ruth, and The Human Torch, we would have won. We didn't, and you didn't. You had who you had, and if there were different people in there, there is no telling how the game would have gone, so it is pointless to make these hypothetical retroactive predictions.

With both teams at 100% we win, hands down! Our missing key players, Troy, Ben (especially Ben) & A Brown have a much bigger impact while out! Sorry to tell you that self loathing punk BITCH lewis will NEVER be the same!

it's all speculation and of course our chances go up with big ben in the lineup, but the fact of the matter is he wasn't playing, and probably will not be playing in 2 weeks.

as a team they just have to deal with it. on the bright side it's still midseason and ben has time to get back before the playoffs. enter the playoffs as a wildcard, but a healthy one, we'll be the team nobody wants to face if we're going in healthy.
