I wish the best for him. I think he has some talent, not sure if he'll ever become a starting WR, but I always root for players that we cut AS LONG AS THE GO TO THE NFC.

As for signing Joe Long, I don't know much about him, but at least it's some extra depth. Is Adams or Gilbert going to be available Sunday?

No and No.
In fact, Gilbert won't be available any Sunday for the rest of the year as we IR'd him this week.

Bert Reed Cut By Buc's

Tampa, FL---Bay and FSU alum Bert Reed once again finds himself in search of a home after getting cut from the Buc's practice squad Wednesday afternoon.

Bert spent most of camp with the Browns after signing with that team as an undrafted free agent. Then a few days ago, after getting cut by the Browns, Reed signed on with Tampa's practice squad.
