Harbaugh has a history of shaking hands too hard and slaping the opposing coach really hardon the back;; control issue.
Looked like Tomlin was trying to avoid being too close to him.
Ravins are also known for playing thru the whistle on every play. Just on the edge of hitting late.

That was a strange handshake. I noticed two weeks ago Harbaugh kind of did the same thing to Tomlin, so maybe Tomlin took offense to it and did the same thing this week.

Or maybe it was just awkward miscommunication
