Default Best O-Line Play in Years.....

I thought are Oline played excellent..... We should keep that set in place the rest of the year.... Pouncey looked insane at guard......Better than any I have seen in a while....And Dougy was holdin it down hard.....Those two are great side by side....The whole line gets an A+ in my book.....

The Defense is coming alive too...I liked the play from our back up corner...He is physical and goes way up for them balls.....I know he got burned a little but he was probably a little nervous...I think he should be on the field .....Great total game....I agree with Merril Hogey....Best Steeler team in years.....

Keep it up guys, ...do NOT rest on your laurels..!!

I didn't give up after the Cleveland Debacle simply because of the Defense, which has quietly become the best in the league again. This isn't the fraudulent "#1" D like last year or the year before last, this has become a damn good Defense shutting down some decent QB's and Offenses. Not on 2008 level, but still better than 2009-2011. I believed if the Steelers mustered up SOME Offense without Ben, they would win games. Thankfully Batch came alive Sunday.

The Defense is definitely living up to it's #1 ranking for once. I still think there should be some new blood for next year, but the D has made tremendous improvement and is keeping the Steelers in games. They need to keep it going during the home stretch.

I could not believe the pocket Batch had all day..... IMO they should keep the guys where they are...In cluding Pouncy.... It looked like the Patiots pocket....Well maybe not this year since They lost a couple guys but, it looked great......

I am happy with them too, I wish the running game was more consistent , but I'll take it! Go Steelers!

The one main area the O line needs to improve is opening holes in the run game! Other than that, nice job!

Imagine the jumbo/goal-line/short-yardage O-line:

Starks-Colon-Pouncey-DeCastro-Foster-Beachum-Adams
