I agree why did it take this long. If someone molestes a child they should be put to death. I would turn over the person to the parents of the child and let them do what they want with the person.

The only example I know of pedophiles or pedorests being "rehabilitated" was a work of fiction...these guys are just wired differently, and there's no hope for them. They MUST AT LEAST be permanently removed from society.
