You would (most likely) have to get a rough picture(s) or drawing(s) of what you want, take it to a reputable 'taylor shop', and have them make it for you. I did that with a couple of items in the past and was more than pleased and it didn't cost me that much more if they were store bought. But hurry, the taylor will need time to make it and Xmas is only 5 days away as of this post !
