Not sure what exactly you're referring to, so i'll answer both.

We tend to avoid posting links on the open board, simply because this forum is rather large, and links on the open board can be identified and DMCA reports can be filed, causing the streams to close. To prolong the life of streams, we send them via message.

As for the post-count: It's simple. We don't want people coming here for the sole purpose of receiving links.
