Actually i think he could be a decent qb if he had to sit behind an established qb and learn the system, work on his mechanics for a couple years, and not have to be in the spotlight.

Tebow was not good enough to break into a lineup as starter with a team that had Sanchez and Greg McElroy. I don't like Ryan but he is not stupid. He knows Tebow is not, and never will be, anything more than a very poor, gimmicky QB. They just used him for the press coverage and that is all he is good for.
