Even with all this Manti T'eo bullshit going on, I expect the Steelers to pick him in the 1st round if he's still available, if not they could get Jonathan Banks, Kenny Vaccaro, Matt Elam, Chance Warmack, Jonathan Cooper, Alec Ogletree, John Jenkins, or Dion Jordan in the first round if they're available and no matter which one they choose, they should be a good first round. I think it comes down to the Steelers 2nd and 3rd round picks of under-appreciated talents that could help this team.

There is no chance we take him round 1. I doubt anyone will. He proved that he is a compulsive liar last season and that he can't play against NFL talent during the Alabama game. Personally I wouldn't touch him before round 2 at the earliest.
We're also not taking a lineman like a lot seem to think. There is no way the Steelersare uusing that many 1st and 2nd round picks on the offensive line.
I say best player available between the a safety, linebacker, wide receiver and tight end

We have so many more pressing needs than an inside linebacker.

I wouldn't be devestated to get Te'O in Rd 2 - but as Pete said, he got absolutely manhandled by the closest to NFL pedigree you can find - both against the blockers, the runner, and the O-line - he looked like a little kid trying to go up against Mr. T in his Rocky III prime. You can say he had a bad night, but Alabama is just that much better than the rest of the NCAAMF programs - that was a ton of NFL starter readies on both sides of the ball, especially on O.
