Bears go with a coach from the CFL instead

The Chicago Bears ended their search for a new coach early Wednesday morning when they made the decision to bring aboard the Montreal Alouettes' Marc Trestman as the franchise's 14th head coach.

But it's all going to end well

Arians now has inside track in Arizona

There’s increasing chatter that Colts offensive coordinator Bruce Arians will be offered the head-coaching job with the Cardinals.

Arians, we’re told, wanted the Chicago job, where he was a finalist. Though it’s believed he won’t be leaving the Colts for any head-coaching job, the Cardinals’ vacancy is regarded as one of the worst available, given the absence of a great quarterback and the presence of increasingly stiff competition in the division.

Good luck going up against Seattle and San Francisco Bruce

im very glad this didnt happen.

i was very worried for the rest of the league if the dreaded bruce arians/matt spaeth connection were reunited.

Tressman is a poor hire - he's been out of the league for a LONG time.

Another retread hire.
