well, i'm NOT embarrassed to be a Steelers fan - but i find this rule/situation "embarrassing" - absolutely.

And no - i don't agree with everything the Steelers do. Most. But not everything. So i should go root for another team? Really?

it really pisses me off when a fellow Steelers fan tells me I should go root for another team just because I don't agree with everything the Steelers always do...

I don't think anyone said that if you disagree with the team go find another team. I don't care if you disagree with everything they do. Being EMBARRASSED to be a Steelers fan goes beyond disagreeing. And it's not just this guy venting. Almost all of his recent threads have the same tone. So yeah, I didn't say it before, but I'll say it now. If it embarrasses you to be a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers then go find another team that doesn't embarrass you. If that offends anyone then so be it. I bleed black and gold and will never be embarrassed to be a part of Steeler Nation.

This is why Tomlin was hired and it's worked well for you with this team... lol. You can say he won us a Super Bowl but that was luck and he had a Cowher built team. As you can see it's now crumbling.

Tomlin is the biggest joke in the NFL and I can't wait until he is gone.

I'm so sick of this race/color bullshit when it comes to jobs in this country. Whoever is more qualified should get the job regardless of color and that's the bottom line and I don't believe Tomlin was the best fit for this team and city.

actually, I do agree with what you're saying here.

although it pisses me off to have people tell me to go root for another team if i disagree with some of their decisions or if I don't think they will go undefeated every season, I'm also NEVER embarrassed to be a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers either.
