Beau didn't show much, neither did the Pens - Tangradi was hitting everything in a Pens jersey

but Fleury was a GOD

3-1 in a game game much closer than it should have been

Yes, Flower play SO well. IMO it was a shame he did not get a shutout because he deserved it. He was essentially standing on his head all night. I had a feeling it was going to be one of those games where the Penguins get a small lead, then let the opponent "hang around" all game, then finally cave in by losing the lead. But I am glad it did not turn out that way.

Penguins had a couple key PKs that really made the difference. Really great to see them step up. Winnipeg shot themselves in the foot, per se, when they were shorthanded by 2 men with 5 minutes left in the game. Great goal by Neal!

Let's hope this great effort continues tomorrow afternoon! Let's Go Pens!!

Our 2-0 lead could have and should have been greater, maybe 3-0 or 4-0. Pens had a lot of great early chances in that game. Good to see them prevail though. When they were down, the team rose up, and that's what you like to see from them. That is what GREAT teams do, they make plays in the key situations.

Fleury saved their asses again.

I'm just wondering when Malkin will wake up, he's been skating around in a daze.

Malkin's been puck hogging desperately trying to score while only ending up turning the puck over time after time.

If Bylsma was any kind of coach he'd light a fire under his ass.

We don't want our scorers sitting in the box. He gets lazy if you ask me.

And you'e not going to skate through 4 defenders every rush Geno. This ain't the KHL anymore - wake up!
