That is all bullshit con-strewed meaningless points that classless/heartless men, (reminds me of Longshank who cut up William Wallace), who run up unnecessary points when the games at hand.....

The STEELERS are an organization of real men with heart, dignity, compassion and character, who chose to run the clock out and end the game when its well at hand, not run up the score and be a egotistical points champion.....

Look how CLASSLESS Robert Craft was this weekend talking about Welker and Brady.... True colors....

Remember that folks the next time the Steelers can't put away an easy opponent. It's not that the Steelers suck, it's just that they're so damn classy and compassionate.

Teams should be honored we let them lose.

actually i think the chiefs are the best team in the afc. they had 6 pro bowlers last year and added a QB, wr, te, defensive help, have #1 pick overall AND andy reid.
Alex Smith will not fair much better than Matt Cassell

The Bengals.

Their 10-6, younger, getting better, have crazy cash in the bank and punched us in the mouth last year. The Steelers need to watch their asses, the Bengals ARE better than us right now.
Really? I'm selling not buying this one. Ravens either. I think the AFC North drops back to mediocrity.

You all act like the Begals were a dominant team last year, No they were not. No shot in the playoffs, WE were the better team. They made no improvements due to anything in the offseason. So why should they be that scarier then last year?

What we should care about is US. I see huge step baks that we're making this offseason with no improvements whatsoever. Let's face it we have a good D-line in place if they can perform like last year. We have a shaky Linebacking core, a good Secondary, a good Quarterback, no Running Game at all and too little talent in our Receiving core. Let's face it that group wont bring championships. We have no dominating Offense in place, we have a good Defense, but a main part in a 3-4 defense are Linebackers and we lack talent their. With the draft upcomming we have a lot of holes to fix here so for everybody who expects a good year, don't be so sure there!

Yeah? Who thought Harrison was gonna be able to carry Porter's jockstrap? I see us going 12-4 next year if Ben stays reasonably healthy.

lol aint that the truth. Looking at this past season in both wins and losses, the margin came by 7 points or less! Which means one more completion there, one less fumble there, one more stop on 3rd down, one less penalty negating a long punt return and we would've won most of our games (which also means we could've lost many more games if our opponents had done just a bit more as well).

The Steelers just basically need to do ONE THING only - score more points and start by doing that in the first half not the 4th quarter come-from-behind or final drive approach they've adopted and have gotten so comfortable with. The bar needs to be higher. When you are dominating a game you have to slam the door.

To put a different spin on this, if our offense threatened teams it would make the opposition take more chances. Notice almost every team that has a lot of takeaways has a high powered offense that puts pressure on the opposing offense to keep pace. This makes them take chances they normally wouldn't. Unfortunately right now no one is worried we will bury them. They won’t take unnecessary chances. Our offense needs to do better to pressure the opposing teams offense. But that is not the Steelers way. They allow teams to hang around and stick to their game plan instead of forcing them out of their comfort zone. So might as well run a fucking draw on 3rd and 8 to a third down back just to eat some clock.

It's because he has so much experience getting pelted in the face with white stuff.

I agree the afcN is the toughest division in the AFC. I can't wait. It's gonna be interesting the next couple years. How many comp picks are the rats gonna get next year? Quite a bit huh?
