How are they "Where the Steelers want to be?"

I agree with the first two-thirds, but that final statement:
Ascending or at the top, whereas we are quasi rebuilding. I am talking from day one of 2013 those franchises are above us. As bad an offseason as Baltimore is having, they at least allowed their veterans to leave (like we should have done after GB loss) and they have shown the ability to draft well so their mini rebuild won't take long. I would also concede that all three have had better drafts over the last few years as well.

I don't care about yesteryear as far as records, I care about this season and those to follow. Who is set up best to win? Those are three of the best run organizations in football so it's not a slight on us

Good points.
If I may counter.

1. San Francisco & Green Bay are about to experience free agency (something that Baltimore & Pittsburgh have dealt with for years). Aaron Rodgers' new contract could mean: "Good-bye AJ Hawk."

2. I think that Pittsburgh's last four drafts are excellent.

3. Baltimore has been great, but they've also had a few whiffs in the early rounds. As have, San Francisco & Green Bay. Jimmy Smith, BJ Raji, and AJ Jenkins come to mind.

You say that like it's a bad thing for the Packers.
