Ottawa sucks. I loved watching them lose last night. They are a team I despise, mostly due to Bryan Murray and Chris Neil.

Great team effort by the Pens. Good to see Vokoun play well yet again. I wonder if he will be between the pipes tonight versus Buffalo. Or will we see the newly acquired Hartzell?

I loved it when Neil got all mad somebody hit him in the corner, then shut up when it was Murray looking down at him

ha ha!

priceless

Neil didnt want any part of Murray. I loved the smirk on Murray's face when he looked down at Neil.
I would love to see the Pens play the Sens in the first round. The only thing that worries me about playing them in a series is that they would be out to intentionally hurt somebody.

Geno back tonight!

Blysma made history last night - fastest coach to 200 wins...now Pens can make history - no NHL team has ever won 23 out of 25.

Pittsburgh Penguins ‏@penguins nowMalkin returns to the lineup tonight vs BUF #Pens

MAF in net; Malkin, Letang playing tonight vs. Sabres. #Penguins

Awesome to hear Malkin is back tonight! IMO a little late regular season can't hurt him for the playoffs. Speaking of injuries, I'm not optimistic about Crosby and Neal returning for the playoffs. I haven't heard any positive news about either in terms of practicing (other than skating before practice). Usually when guys are close they return to full practicing. Maybe the team is being covert about it, but I wouldn't buy it.

Miller stole this one, we shoulda had five or six goals

Massive mistake from Eaton on the 2-3 goal and just stupid by Letang on empty net 2-4.

Orpik hurt too?

bad bounces all around

Yep. Stupid plays led to goals. I knew this would come back and hurt us. But you have to acknowledge that Buffalo came to play. The Sabres got us out of our rhythm and didn't let the Penguins control the game. This is the second time this year they came into CONSOL and beat us. Good thing we don't have to face them in the playoffs?

Orpik will be evaluated today. Hope it's not too bad. Now is NOT the time for key players to get injured. I'd rather see Bylsma play it conservative against NJ and Carolina to end the year. The loss last night pretty much sealed that we will not win the President's Trophy. Nothing really left to play for the rest of the week.

yeah, you could see they weren't playing the same kind of defensive game with Geno back - way too many 40 ft passes and no desire to do the hard checking work around he boards

everybody wanted to play offense and Miller just plain stonewalled all their good chances

this is why I hate the thought of a hot goalie like Lundqvist taking over

yep - looks like we're gonna be playing the Rangers
