Many boards have Eifert possibly going well ahead of us - possibly to the Jets, possibly even to the Browns at 6.

The Jets take Revis right in front of us and now Milliner?!?! J/K. I actually don't think he gets past Cleveland. I think we take Jones or Vacarro.

Let's count our blessings on that one. If you think the Steelers would have paid Revis 15 million/per, you are kidding yourself. That would have been a wasted pick.

Anyway, the Steelers took: Justin Hunter.
Why are the Jets going to pick a corner for sure? Their starting NT from last year is gone as is their 3-4 DE. Plus their OLBs can't generate pressure. They aren't going to want to pay top dollar for Milliner in 2 years either.

Seems to me drafting Star Lotulelei or Sheldon Richardson for NT/DE respectively and then taking an OLB makes the most sense. They do have a decent secondary with Cromartie and Landry. Plus there are some decent options at corner later.

I know most pundits are saying this but to me it doesn't make sense. Even Darrele Revis couldn't cover for 5 seconds every play behind the worst front 7 in the league.

Kyle Wilson + Antonio Cromartie > Calvin Pace + Bryan Thomas

I think Milliner goes to Cleveland as well. Cleveland has to play Roethlisberger, Flacco and Dalton 6 times a year. You want to be able to stymie those good (but nowhere near elite) quarterbacks.

The Steelers have 4 very good WR as it stands, I just can't see why they would take a Reciever first round and wait on a RB if offense is the route in the first round. I would like to see Saftey/RB first round. This is the first year in a long time that the Steelers absolutely need to have an A+ draft or they will have a tough time staying above .500, they have simple lost too many players through FA/injury to imagine otherwise.
