Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger doesnít have a medical degree, but that doesnít prevent him from commenting on the status of injured players. Roethlisberger said Friday morning that from what heís heard, the knee injury suffered by rookie running back LeíVeon Bell Thursday during practice isnít bad.
Of course Ben's definition of a "bad" injury involves nearly being killed after your motorcycle mixes it up with an automobile or having a dislocated rib that could puncture your aorta - for anything less than that Ben figures you take an Advil and walk it off

So much for Pittsburgh Steelers running back LeíVeon Bell being sidelined long as Dale Lolley of the Washington Observer is now reporting that the running back is practicing Friday.

We will have to wait and see just how much the rookie participates in practice, but there is no way he would be out there if they thought he could do more damage.
Earlier in the day, the Steelers second-round draft pick said the knee bruise that he aggravated Thursday isnít as bad as people feared and that he still hopes to play Monday night in the second preseason game against the Washington Redskins.
Lolley does add, however, that he doesnít see running back Isaac Redman on the field. Redman reportedly suffered a stinger Thursday, but he isnít supposed to be sidelined for long.
