Default Ike Taylor

Much respect for his short memory and gutty second half performance. He was assigned to Megatron every single snap that 81 was out there. Go watch his (and Allen's) post game interviews on the Steeler home page. If Ike's attitude doesn't make you proud to be a Steeler fan…I don't know what will. Hats off to Ike!

Ike Taylor is the most overrated CB in the NFL!! I have never seen a CB with butter fingers like Ike. Does he not practice catching balls? He couldn't catch a ball if his life depended on it.

BTW, It was nice having you on our team Troy and Ryan. This is your last year with the team!! :(

Most corners dont have great hands cause if they did they would be WR's. But Ike dropping Ints is noting new to us Steelers fans, we have seen him drop easy ints his whole career with us.

And how is he overrated? he was going against Calvin Johnson the best receiver in the game 1 on 1. Ike struggled in the 1st half but where was Calvin in the 2nd half? exactly he was a no show. Ike is Underrated not overrated.

Troy will be back next year he will most likely take a little paycut but he'll be back until we have a replacement

If Ike Taylor had better hands (and therefore more INTs), he would probably be a Hall of Famer.

After the highlights on NFL Gameday last night, Deion Sanders showed a quick analysis of the Steelers secondary leaving Ike on Calvin Johnson 1- on -1 in the first half. Then he showed 2nd half of Johnson being bracketed by Ike and Ryan Clark in the end zone...and by Gay, Troy and Allen on the final INT of the game.

Sanders pointed out how the Steelers defense made great 2nd half adjustments to take Johnson away and try to make other players beat them. Maybe the DC isn't old and washed up?
