Default Day of the Doctor

Went and took my daughter to go see the 50th anniversary special in theaters (in 3D) tonight, and it was spectacular! Our show was completely sold out, and everyone had a great time. Anybody else go tonight, or at least watch it on Saturday?

The specials they showed with the episode were a couple of little introductions, and then a 15 minute making of after the show...which was awesome.

I was so geeked to see Tom Baker come back. He'd sworn up and down for YEARS that he'd never do another Dr. Who. So that was really awesome. Colin Baker did the narrating for the making of special as well, and you didn't realize it till the end, when he announced his name. Peter Davison made an appearance, and Paul McGann was cool in the minisode.

If you haven't seen it yet, or even if you have, check out the minisode that may answer a few questions for you.

I'm still waiting for the Amy Pond/Clara Oswald lesbo kiss scene.

What? It could happen! All that Timey-Wimey stuff and everything!
