Wow reading your post just makes me think how lucky my dad was when he had his hip replaced. Literally breezed right through it with no problems.

Sorry yours didn't have that happy ending...yet. Meantime, I send you all good wishes for a swifter, complete recovery!

Surgery seems to have gone well, I can at least sit at rest with out the constant pain. Just I am sore as all get out, and weak as a kitten in my bad leg. Rehab was started almost immediately and is very painful and while I am disappointed in my progress, progress is being made. Been an exciting week what with an early family meal, surgery. two nights in hospital, Steeler game, and loads of college football. Wife even missed Black Friday.Any way just letting my Steeler Family know that I have not given up on them or my beloved Steelers just had some issues that were a long time coming. Hoping to return to work on Jan 6th and hoping we play some meaningful games in January also. Prays and well wishes accepted humble and grateful.
Thoughts and prayers being sent your way for a speedy and successful recovery, Ricco. It's a slow and painful process, but follow your doctor's and therapist's orders, take good care of yourself, and spoil yourself a little bit. Some online shopping might help.
