The announcers brought that up because it was a longshot for the Packers to win. The best way for us to win was put as many points on the board as possible. And you do that the best way you can.

This is really a matter of opinion. Some coaches would do one thing, some would do another. And some coaches show emotion more, while some not so much.

Like I've said, Tomlin made his decision and we won the game.

I am super happy with the win but Tomlin makes me nervous sometimes.
But Tomlin has kept them fighting for the glimmer of hope we have, so in the long run I agree with you.....take the points

I guess I view it as which has the highest probability. I like my chances of kicking last second extra point (he has not missed one all season) compared to allowing them to return a kick (several this season) and or run their offense with over one minute left..
