Default Sooners defeat the tide

Eat that SEC. Please let the excuses fly. But but if Alabama didn't throw those interceptions...but but Alabama didn't want to be there...but but nothing.

Boooomer Soooooner!

Yes I know I'm a few days late.

Default Re: Sooners defeat the tide

SEC man here and I hate Bama. But that said the SEC is 7-2 in bowl games. Bama's loss was an upset (favored by 17) and Georgia was having Steeler type injuries since the first third of the year. SEC is still the best top to bottom conference in the land. Teams like Bama and Ohio State both had the NC Game in their sights and lost their last games to drop out of competition, and had let downs in their bowl games. No excuses just fact, should they pull their pants up and man up, yeah, but human nature would say it's hard to do so. As far as the game tonight, I feel FSU is the best team on both sides of the ball and should win. With that said if Auburn can keep it close then I fully expect Auburn to win.
