Cut Woodley and when Clark and Kiesel leave you have the money to pay Troy. Wait to re-up Ben till next year. They can make it happen without restructuring his contract and in my opinion he's worth the 10M if he can play his position, so staying healthy at ILB is paramount.

Although I think we could bring Keisel back for a vet min for depth along our line and the leadership he brings. When he wasnt injured he was making plays still, so as a backup role, he would be helpful.

Yeah I could envision that for sure, but he has to be on the cheap while we finish the transition period of bad contracts on this team.

I have the utmost respect for Keisel and his contributions to the Steelers.
But I want a younger player with talent, promise, and a young motor to play and learn.
Better for us down the road.

I love Kiesel one more year and his leadership may not hurt, at Vet minimum at the very most!!!! By the way, what would Vet minimum be for Keisel, I read somewhere that it is based upon a variable.

I'm happy ownership feels the same way I do about Troy. He's a once in a lifetime player who's done amazing things for this franchise. If anybody has earned the right to retire a Steeler, Troy is that man.

Troy needs to retire a Steeler, in his younger years Troy made great plays consistently and still plays with heart. The problem is that the defense is awful and Troy can't be everywhere at all times to make up for

1. No pass rush
2.CBs that couldn't cover 40+ flag football recievers
3. The sloppiest tackling Steeler team in recent memory
