I think Wheaton and Moye both have big upsides. Moye has a knack for making tough catches.

Hood is a headache. If he comes back for cheap I wouldn't even be thrilled in the least bit. He seems like one of those workout warriors who can't seem to show any of his athletic ability on the field. He's a complete waste in a 3-4. He'd probably light it up as a DT in a 4-3 though.
