I could not agree more there, Swann is the best receiver in steelers history with Hines coming in 2nd

As far as receiver, I'd say that Stallworth was better than Hines...Not better as a complete receiver.

The thing with comparing these three WR's. Swann and Stallworth had more pure talent then Hines Ward. But I think it would be hard for anyone to match the heart that Hines Ward has. Its that heart and the hard work that made Hines Ward a great player.

I can't argue with that!

LOL I should have figured that. I'm alittle hung over right now. So my brain isn't all the way awake yet.

Admittedly I was one of the ones who rode his ass last summer during his contract holdout, but I have never doubted the man's desire, tenacity, heart and leadership qualities. He's everything that a Steeler should be, and more. I think the team will be in good hands now that the Bus is retired.

Are you saying that they were not in good hands with Bettis as the leader?

No, of course not! People keep bringing up the loss of leadership now that Bettis is retired, and I'm saying that we'll be just fine with Hines in that role because I think he's every bit the leader that Bettis was, and that we needn't worry about it. Sorry I wasn't clear on that!
