what happens when the machine gives you a half a cup of foam?

I prefer a person to pour me a plastic cup of beer because if you don't tilt the cup when pouring you get a lot of foam unless you like flat beer.

i doubt the local forces have the capabilities to monitor 50,000+ beer card sales and track the data.

much more efficient to simply set up DWI checkpoints or "license and proof of registration checks" as theyre known here.
I think DWI check points are against the law. Illegal search by our constitution. The police need to have a reason to impede your progress ( weaving on the road, speeding, light out on your vehicle, etc ). This is just a money maker for the government. Don't take this wrong, I'm totally against driving under the influence, but the government continues to take our rights away one at a time. When will it end? Our guns and freedom of speech are next. Sort of off track here, but I couldn't help myself.
